Software Distribution

SlangBit is proprietary software developed and distributed by Memmola Labs.

The software, documentation, visual assets, installers and official language packages may only be obtained through official distribution channels authorized by Memmola Labs.

Permitted Use

Users may download, install and use official versions of SlangBit for personal, educational, professional and commercial purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

No account registration is required to use the software.

Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Memmola Labs, users may not:

Sell or redistribute SlangBit as a standalone product.
Repackage official releases under a different name.
Misrepresent authorship or ownership of the software.
Remove copyright notices, trademarks or attribution information.
Distribute modified versions presented as official releases.

Third-Party Components

SlangBit incorporates or relies on third-party software components and language models distributed under their respective licenses.

All copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property rights relating to third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

Language Models

SlangBit may use translation models derived from publicly available language models provided by third-party projects including Helsinki-NLP OPUS-MT.

Such models remain subject to their original licenses and attribution requirements.

No Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Memmola Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
